We run a structured internship and hire from it. You work on real projects with real deadlines, not a training exercise nobody will use.
What the programme actually is
You are given a piece of a live project and the context to understand why it matters. Code gets reviewed. Questions are expected — not knowing something is normal, hiding it is not.
- Work on production code, reviewed by the CTO
- Weekly check-ins on what you are stuck on
- A verifiable completion certificate, checkable online by any employer
- Strong performers are offered paid work
Students and recent graduates who can already write code in at least one language, and want to see what happens after the tutorial ends.
Remote and on-site both possible. Chennai-based is easier for on-site.
