Cookie Policy
The small files this site stores in your browser, and what each one is for.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember things between visits — like the fact that you already answered the cookie question.
This policy also covers similar technologies such as
localStorage, which works the same way from your point of
view.
2. What we use
We keep this deliberately minimal. This is a company website, not an advertising platform.
Essential — always on
These are needed for the site to work. They do not track you and cannot be switched off.
| Name | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
edoble.consent.v1 |
Remembers your cookie choice so we stop asking | 12 months |
This is stored in localStorage on your own device. It is
never sent to our server and we cannot read it.
Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we measure which pages people find useful so we can improve them. These load only after you choose “Accept all”, and never before.
| Purpose | What it collects | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Page views and navigation | Pages visited, time on page, referring site | Up to 14 months |
| Device and browser type | Browser, operating system, screen size | Up to 14 months |
This data is aggregated. We use it to answer questions like “does anyone read the Services page?” — not to identify individuals.
3. What we do not use
- No advertising cookies. We do not run ads and do not sell ad space.
- No cross-site tracking. We do not follow you to other websites.
- No social media pixels. Our social links are plain links, not embedded trackers.
- No data selling. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
4. Changing your choice
Select “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. The banner reopens and you can change your answer.
Choosing “Essential only” means no analytics cookies are set. Nothing on the site stops working — you simply become invisible in our statistics.
You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, and doing so does not affect anything collected before you withdrew.
5. Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so affects every website, not just this one, and some sites will stop working properly.
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Clearing your browser data also clears our consent record, so we will ask you again on your next visit.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add a cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent again where the law requires it. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
