Indicative ranges for the work we do. Every project gets a fixed written quote before anything starts.
These are ranges, not quotes
Every project is priced individually after we understand the scope. The figures below tell you whether we are in your bracket before you spend time on a call. All amounts are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST.
1. How we price
We work two ways:
- Fixed price — where the scope is clear enough to define properly. You know the total before work starts, and it does not move unless the scope moves. Most of our projects work this way.
- Monthly retainer — where the work is ongoing or the direction will change as we learn. You buy a set number of days per month.
We will tell you which one suits your project, and why. If we cannot scope something confidently, we would rather run a short paid discovery first than guess at a number.

Where a project lands in its range depends on the number of screens, how many user roles there are, what it has to integrate with, and how much of the content and design already exists.
3. Hourly and daily rates
For work outside a fixed scope, or for retainers:

The rate depends on the seniority the work needs. We will tell you which applies before starting.
4. Support and maintenance
Every project includes 30 days of defect correction after delivery at no charge. Beyond that:

5. What is included in every project
- Written scope before work starts
- Clickable prototype before development
- A live link updated as we build
- Documentation covering how the system is set up and run
- A walkthrough with your team so they can operate it
- 30 days of defect correction after delivery
6. What costs extra
These are not included in a project fee, because they are ongoing costs you own directly:
- Hosting and domain — typically ₹3,000–₹25,000 per year depending on what the application needs
- Third-party services — SMS gateways, email delivery, mapping APIs, paid libraries
- App store fees — Google Play (one-time USD 25), Apple Developer (USD 99 per year)
- Payment gateway charges — set by the provider, typically around 2% per transaction
- Content and photography — unless the scope says we are producing it
- Rush delivery — a compressed timeline carries a 25–40% surcharge
We will always tell you about these before they are incurred, never after.
7. Payment terms
- 40% advance before work begins
- Milestone payments as set out in the scope
- Final payment before production deployment
- Invoices payable within 7 days
We accept bank transfer, UPI, and online card payment through a licensed payment aggregator. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions, and cancellations are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Taxes
All prices exclude GST at 18%, which is added to every invoice. Prices are in Indian Rupees. International clients are invoiced in INR unless agreed otherwise; currency conversion and transfer charges are yours.
9. Getting a quote
Send us a brief and you will have a written quote within a week — scope, fixed cost, timeline, and an explicit list of what is excluded.
The quote is free and there is no obligation. If your budget does not match what the project needs, we will say so rather than quietly cutting corners to fit.
